"Successfully" is a strong word. We only ever got it to go to one other dimension, and it wasn't exactly a good vacation spot.

Can you transpose what you remember of those blueprints onto paper? If he's human, there's a chance that the physics in your world might not be so different from here.

I've got some pretty rad resources going on here that might be able to help us out. Kinda depends on how they feel about this dealie, though. This would be different than what the Porters are like. And if we're going to make an interdimensional portal, it can't fall into the wrong hands.

Not even National Governments! The Porters invite crazy powerful people here with even crazier powers. Not everyone's gonna wanna be on the good side. Things've gone bananas here before. Imagine what funky crazy messes could happen if they got their hands on one of these babies.

i have yet to really confirm this information myself, but the porters aren't really a "tech".

Only within a few inches of my body. It's pretty clearly set up to make it easy for me to disguise myself as human.

There are bits of hardware installed all over me to make it work. I'd have to take myself entirely apart to really be able to get at it.
